Subject:Vase identification

Hi looking for help with identifying vase. It is closionne porcelain. Marked on bottom with Japan China Decorated Hong Kong. It does not have an AFC or TFF or other letter designation. The mark is not a circular seal in red as others I have seen but is rather in gold lettering of three lines Japan China, Decorated, Hong Kong. It also has a mark with four red characters inside a red outline square. The vase is around 18" tall and around 8" across. It has gold decorated rim. It is a greenish turquoise or bluish jade color with white twining repeating flower design covering the entire piece symmetrically. I am hoping for information on the time period which I am guessing/hoping is in the 1950's. Anything known about the piece or the marks would be great. Thanks
