I'm having a hard time identifying what time period this is from. 19th century? Canton?

This appears to be a 1970s Macao transfer-decorated porcelain dish with added metallic rims and thick enamel motif that stands out from the surface but actually has no wires separating the colors. This style of red Tongzhi base-mark is identified with such Macao wares. See the Macau/Macao section under Chinese marks at gotheborg.com

Best regards,

Bill H.
