Can anyone help identify and translate this old woodblock/painting?
It is in rough condition but has a lot of age and character!!

This is a Japanese print by Hiroshige, and created around 1832-1834. At first glance it looks original and not a later recarved print, but this is not always easy to tell. See the link for a nice copy in the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.

My reading of inscription,
藤の餘しを見られ志だれか那 - Fuji no yoshi wo mirare,
shidare ka na
Watching the favor of wisteria,
I wonder if it can bear me

Watching the selfishness of the wisteria ,
I wonder if it can bear me
