The mark reads: Da 大 Ming 明 Zhengde 正德 (= Great Ming Zhengde).
Zhengde ruled from 1506 till 1521, items from that time are very rare. However, I don't think it's that old, but since I'm not an expert on Chinese blue-and-white perhaps one of the other Chinese experts can tell more.

The form of the vase itself looks late 1800's to me, like some famille rose vases I've had. Any ideas?
