After a short research on the net I found the name from the backside of carving;
阿部翠星　（京子）-　Abe Suisei (Kyōko)
Ms. Abe Suisei, Director of Sōgetsu School of Ikebana, Toronto East Branch. Probably the carving was given to somebody by Ms. Abe as a gift.
