Subject:Republic, or later, vase?
Posted By: Sally Sun, Feb 10, 2019 IP: 79.76.18.113 Hi, this vase is approx. 12"/ 30 cm high. I ve struggled to read the mark or even be sure which way it goes up! Unfortunately it doesn t photograph terribly well either. Any opinions as to date of manufacture?

Posted By: rat Mon, Feb 11, 2019 You have it the right way up, it simply reads "Made in Jingdezhen", and post-dates the Republic period. I believe these were made during the third quarter of the 20th century
