So I have this watercolor, and there is the front writing, but then I took off the back and there was this piece of paper, and I think it is describing the artist life. I tried google translate, but am confused on the actual artist name.

Any help is appreciated

Tomita Michio 富田通雄　1901-1994
Watercolor painter, Was a menber of Issui-kai Art Group
and Director of Japan Watercolor Painting Association.
On the blue label his biography is printed with the names of main exhibition venues where his works were shown.
