Those do not look like ordinary Netsukes
The look more like they are modern, Chinese made, maybe even from Tagua nuts. Hard to tell from your pictures.

We would need better pictures with several sharp views of each. If there is a signature, we would need to see that.

Many/all of these look suspicious to me. They look like they may be cast resin (not ivory) and stained with black stain to try give the patina of old ivory. Also, many of these don't look like Japanese motifs.

The one on the right looks particularly off. Remember, a netsuke must dangle from your waist. Anything with numerous sharp points is going to be problematic.

Anyway, we need better pictures to provide good information.
