This is one is dated summer 1917, the other one summer 1920. The seals read 朝俊, likely a given name (Chaojun using the current pinyun romanization, Ch'ao-chun, the u with an umlaut, using the Wade-Giles romanization common at the time they were painted). These aren't by an artistic master but are decorative works, for the equivalent of the tourist market in those days, on coarsely woven silk. These are larger and more elaborate than most of their type though. However, the calligraphy is very crude, so it's hard to make out much of substance or what name the artist is using.
