Subject:Chinese, Japanese? ivory figures? bone? Lacquer Cabinet Chest side Table

Posted By: Mark Adams Sat, Dec 29, 2018 From what I can see the figure is carved from bone. You can see the pit marks from calcium deposit that you do not see on ivory. Also there are no criss cross grain evident.
