羊城 - Yangcheng (Old name for Guangzhou/Canton)
Inscription,
雪裏哈香 - Discharging fragrance in snow

辛亥春月子立冩 - Year of Metal-Pig (...1911,1971)

Nagy, do you think this is Republic or 1970s? Looks very nicely painted, but 1917 would be very early in the Republic period.
