Signature,
The first character of the signature reads Toshi, but
the second character is too cursive to read
The given name of artist is Toshi....
Presumably contemporary artist.
The two other names,
彫　松田俊蔵　-　Woodblock carver: Matsuda Shunzō
(Famous contemporary woodblock cutter from Kyōto)
摺　遠藤忠雄　-　Printer: Endō　Tadao
