Calligraphy reads,

入拾不二門故也　-　Entering the Ten Non-dual Doors is the basis

Citation from Tien-Tai Buddhist text "The Ten Non-dual Doors"

I am not sure yet with the reading of the calligrapher`s name.

Thank you for the information. I now understand that this is a religious calligraphy. I sure wonder who signed it though ? Very helpful information nonetheless.
