唐明皇遊月　-　Moon Tour of Emperor Ming of Tang

(Emp. Ming of Tang 685-762 also known as Emperor Xuanzong, reigned 712-756)
On the picture the emperor at the Mid-Autumn Festival enjoying the moon in the palace singing songs and drinking wine.
