文政十四年七月九日 - 14th Year of Bunsei (1832)
9th of July.
(Actually 1832 was the 1st year of Tenpō)
於 自画三枚 - Self-portrait 3 pieces

With regards,

Could it be Bunsei 14, 7 month, day 9, on the right side ? Is it a name on the left side ?

Thanks again in advance.

You are right, there are 3 lines, but the 3rd line
is just the repetition of the 2nd, except of the number in front of "piece" - It is not signatgure

文政十二年卯七月九日 Bunsei 12 , 7 month, day 9
Middle,
(The 卯 "u" denotes the corresponding old calendar
name of the said month)
於 自画三枚 Self portrait 3 piece
Right side,
自画 枚 Self portrait piece

Seemigly I have overlooked the two small feet like short strokes under the character 自 which make the character entirely different. It is 貞 "sada".
Furthermore, the first character is not 於 "o"= at、but a sloppy 信 "nobu". Together: 信貞 Nobusada

Yanagawa Nobusada (Year of birth and death unknown)
Ukiyoe-painter from Osaka, active in Bunasei and Tenpo eras ( 1820-30`s)
Sorry for the misreading.

With best regards,
I.Nagy

Thank you for the update and all the translations. Again, this is highly appreciated. I spent a lot of time trying to learn and decipher the symbols, it is very interesting indeed, and it helps a bunch once I finally receive the answer.
