Wondering if this might be older (pre 1970s) or if this is a more current piece. (Apologies for the sideways visual.) Is this correctly identified as famille rose with blue ground? Bottom is unmarked with no glaze. Thank you.

Probably no older than the third quarter, 20th century, and a transfer-decorated product of one of the porcelain ornamentation factories operating at the time in Hong Kong and Macao. Might have originally come with a paper label warning of lead in the glaze. Not a problem if you won't be using it to feed the pets.
