Greetings!
I know this is a Japanese Happiness mark but I think it's used in China as well. I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on that.

should be Japanese, the shape, decoration, and colors are not Chinese, and the Chinese usually did not put a 福 mark on the base of ceramics
