Subject:Help with Chinese painting

I apologize in advance for not putting a picture of the whole piece. I took pictures of this for a friend, but somehow the photo showing the whole picture got corrupt. I am going to try and add a photo of it later when I get a chance to retake one. Anyone recognize the artist or signature? It definitely has some age to it. The scene is a very typical mountain scape scene showing trees and a waterfall I believe. Thanks for any help
