河南統兵馬司四州散騎常侍右衛将軍
高平王　元寧造像一區司製

Inscription in my translation,

Eastern Wei 4th Year of Tianping (537)
Year of Fire-Snake (537) （Metal-Rabbit) January Month, 5th (Wood-Sheep) Day
Henan, Chief of Troops and Horses Department in the Four Provinces
General Gao Dingwang,
Yuannin Statue Foundry, No.1. District

I do not think that this Shakya Triad (釈迦三尊)
is an original from the 6th century.
