The print is signed at lower right,
國安筆 - Kuniyasu-hitsu (Painted by Kuniyasu)
and bears the circular "kiwame" (極)seal of the censor with the mark of publisher "Kawaguchi-ya (Uhei)" ( 川口)
In the smaller cartouche at upper-left Kakuebiya (角海老屋)is written.
Kakuebiya was the name of a famous geisha-house in the Yoshiwara dictrict of old Edo.
This print is catalogued in English under the title of series "Oiran and Kamuro of Kakuebiya"

Utagawa Kuniyasu 歌川國安 1794-1832
Ukiyo-e artist

With regards,
I.Nagy

The print was designed by Utagawa Kuniyasu (歌川国安, 1794–1832) and published by Kawaguchiya Uhei during the 1830s.
I have difficulties with reading the text.

Guy.
