Can anyone please help me to identify the artist and translate the writing - thank you so much!!!
The paper appears to be very old.

Title (Right side),
花ざかり美人ぞ追へ
Mind the flowering beauty
Signature (Left side),
一鵬齋　　- Ippōsai (Pseudonym)
芳藤畫　　- Yoshifuji-ga - Picture of Yoshifuji

Utagawa Yoshifuji 歌川芳藤　1828-1887
Yoshifuji was one of the numerous artists learned their craft under Utagawa Kuniyoshi.

Grand show of flowering beauties

The artist is Yoshifuji (1828-87) (signed Ipposai Yoshifuji ga).
