from what I can see, it could be a pendant or display piece, about Obama dynasty

Ok. The figure comes from my grandfather who worked as a captain in 1930’s. He bought it in China then.

How about posting sharp,crisp photos of the item, from different angles, and against differently colored backgrounds. so that we can see what it looks like,otherwise you get only wild guesses.
