Subject:Asian art stamp Signature and authenticity

This was my wife's Grandfather's and she knows mother had it for at least fifty years.
Anyone know what the signature is and what it's value range may be?
27" x 13"

How do I tell if it is original or print/copy?

The picture of name seal is too dim to read
