Subject:ID Watercolor Japanese with signature

Hi, can anyone please read the signature and stamp on this? It was purchased in either London or Sydney, Australia in the 1970s. It is painted on a paper scroll, and as you can see, it is damaged. Thank you.

松湖　 - Shōko
Matsuzawa Shōko 松沢松湖　1880-？
Born in Aichi prefecture, active in Nagoya.
Learned painting at Matsumoto Fuko. He was good in portrait painting.
