Need help with mark of this black Satsuma plate. I have tried to find in o Gotheborg and in Internet but without result.

Under the Satsuma crest (circle with cross) the mark reads: Shizan 司山 Ga 画 (Painted by Shizan).
I found 2 similar marks on the internet, dating this name about 1900. But I could not find more about this artist.
