Subject:Amber Elephant what's the real story on these

Hot pin test produced sweet odor in the smoke, I've alway assumed it's a reconstituted and pressed amber but I've seen others online described a acrylic. So once and for all can someone establish if these are an acrylic plastic or are they molded and pressed reconstituted amber.
