Subject:Old japanese scroll identification request.

This scroll looks old and has some damage to it. Was wondering if it is anyone of note and is worth remounting and repair.

Most probably、 Nagayasu Gazan 長安雅山　1875-1964
Painter active during the Meiji and Showa period.
