Subject:Can anyone identify this signature on a painting we have?

My wife and I have acquired a beautiful antique Chinese painting and are trying to identify the artist and time period of the work. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

The Moon Dance of Miao People - Lü Qing (Pseudonym)
Seal is too blurred to read.
Undientifiable artist.
Could be later Qing work.

We have taken the painting out of the frame, and have taken better photos. Can you read the signature any better? Thank you so much for giving it another look!
