Can someone help with translation of this small Japanese painting? looks old.

Your print (Seiro bijin rokkasen 青楼美人六花仙 (Six Blossoming Immortals of Yoshiwara)) is by Eishi. Here is copy at the British Museum:

The cartouches on your print are different (2 vs. 3) making me suspicious of its authenticity. There are other differences as well.
