Subject:Seal script on chinese ivory figurine

Can someone help me to translate the inscriptions on this ivory figure? Thank you in advance.

There is no indication that this is ivory

The seal script reads down as "Made during the Qianlong reign" (Qianlong nian Zhi), though that seems unlikely, as the material appears from the limited information not to be ivory but probably bone and possibly not very old.

乹隆年製 - made in the QianLong reign - but I don't think so.

Also, where are the shreger lines that indicate ivory? None seen here.

乾隆年製 - Qiánlóng nián-zhi
Manufactured during the Qianlong era
(Not necessarily)
