Subject:japanese shibayama vase, artist identification

Hello,
i have this high quality shibayama vase, made from silver with high quality enamel work on it , the vase is 30 cm + in height, and i wanted to know if someone can help me with identify the artist ?

The mark reads: Takasaki 高崎 Sei 製 (Made by Takasaki). Probably made by Takasaki Koichi who was known to make these kind of vases, dates circa 1900 (Meiji Period).
