I love this wood block print that I think is about Rags to Riches. I would love to know who it is by and if my interpretation is correct. Thank you!

one more question, does the printer mark mean this print was taken from a book and is not an authentic woodblock print?

The very orignal prints are over 200 years old.
I think your print is a modern reprint version from newly carved woodblocks, which are available
in art-shops in Japan. If you take it out from the passepartout you certainly find the mark of reprint publisher.
