Hi, can anyone help me determine if the picture are Huanghuali? Thanks!

I dn’t think it is huanghuali. It apprars more like elm

Well no it isn't elm.
They don't make erhus of elm.

It is not huanghuali though, I am sorry to say. It's made of Cocobolo {Dalbergia retusa}. Cocobolo is a widely available contemporary tone wood that many musical instruments are made of, and Chinese contemporary musical instruments are not an exception. The skin is python (mostly from the Mississippi delta)
