Subject:Chinese Silk Painting

Hi! I was hoping someone could identify the age and what the writing says on the back of my silk painting. It is approximately 35" x 25" framed. Also, I use to know who these were but I have forgotten, so thanks for any other information you have for me.

The attached "Passed" label says the painting was sold in Korea.It can be assumed that the painter was also Korean.
Transcription of the name written above that label,
李相背　-　Ri Sang Pae

I could not find the name in Korean painters ID
lexicon.
