Hello, Can anyone identify the artist of this large 69 1/2" long ink wash scroll and give me an approx date on it? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! David.

Signature,
六畫叟　-　Old Man With Six Paintings - Pseudonym
青藤　-　 Qing Teng - Green Cane - Another Pseudonym　or courtesy name
1st Seal under the signature,
青藤　-　Qing Teng
2nd Seal under the signature,
楊氏　Yang-shi -　Master Yang

Other seals are, starting, leisure and collector seals (Without any more information to te painter)

Inscription on the mounting,
特　青藤　山水　-　Special - Qing Teng - Landscape (Blurred seal of previous owner)

I could not identify the painter from the above informations,
