Thought to be late 19th or early 20thc.

Signed but unable to identify artist, could someone translate for me please?

Yoshitani Seika (吉谷清馨）　-1925、
Paintress in the Meiji era, Learned paintting at Kishi Chikudo.

Thank you Mr Nagy, really appreciate your help.

I'll follow up on the painter to see if I can locate other works. The painting was a gift to an orchestra conductor several years ago and from his estate to my own collection.
