My tentative reading of inscriptions,
旄本林平　-　Hatamoto Rinpei (Name of artist)
(Transcription of nonstandard style kana title)
よぎくのず　-　Yogiku no zu - Picture of Night-Chrysanthenums
彩色　-　Saishoku -Coloring
(Unfortunately I cannot decipher the two characters in circle - probably instruction to the printer)
