Further to my last enquiry I am attaching a close up photo of the Japanese writing on this item.Can anyone please translate it for me please.

It does seem to be Chinese,
The reading of characters,
七年　秋月　　７　Year - Autumn Month
Probably the 7th year of Repuclic China (1918)
The 3 read seal like characters are the markings of painter, supervisor etc.

Thank you, very interesting as the family thought it was Japanese but were not sure.

Is anyone able to tell me what this would be worth approximately please? I have been searching on and off since I last posted and cannot find anything even similar. Maybe I am not calling it as it is. Does anyone have the correct name. I am just searching under porcelain floral arrangement but maybe it has a specific title. Any ideas that can help would be appreciated. Thank you.
