Subject:Identification and Translation Assistance Needed

These are from a coin and note collection inherited from a relative. I have searched endlessly for information or pics and have been unsuccessful. Can someone identify and translate please? And what they were used for and a date used? They are 1 inch wide.

Markings,
長島　　-　Nagashima
トウラル　-　Tōraru (Thoral ?)

Nagashima could be name of places, islands, and surname.
Toraru could be the transscription of Thoral etc.
As of coin with these markings what purpose they could have had - I do not have any idea.
