I found this painting in an attic of an old house I recently bought. I would appreciate any info someone may have on its origin, artist, value, etc... Thank you!

Signature on Japanese painting reads,
青風　-　Seifu or Aokaze (Blue Wind) - Pseudonym
Unidentifiable artist. Tourist souvenir item.
