Do these stamp look familiar to anyone? The characters say something along the lines of “The Distance of Light is a Law”.

not sure where you are getting “The Distance of Light is a Law” from. The seals are the artist's name Jin Guangxiang 金光憲 and sobriquet 月河 "moon river"

Inscription reads,
光憲　寫　-　Painted by Guangxian
Upper seal,
金光憲印　- Seal of Jin Guangxian
Lower seal,
月河　-　Yue He (Moon River) - Art-name

Under these names I could not find any artist
neither on the net nor in my ID dictionaries.
