Subject:Can anyone guide me on this please?

I have a traditional Chinese painting on a porcelain panel which I inherited some time ago. Is there someone here who could possibly help to identify the inscription and seals, and perhaps give some indication of its worth? Thank you.

Readings,
Big seal on the right side (and 3rd pic)
友藝精品　　-　Friendship Art Article of Fine Quality
Seal in front of main inscription,
閑情　-　Leisure Mood
Main inscription,
寒山瑞雪　-　Cold Mountain and Auspicious　Snow
1st seal,
痩石之印　-　Seal of Sou Shi (Name of painter)
2nd seal,
精品軟　　-　Fine ware

Jingdezhen porcelain plaquet from the end of the
20th c.
