Subject:information on 18th or 19th century paste box marked Kangxi

late 19th century is what I was told,although we can always leave the possibility open that Kangxi made it himself and as a gift to one of his many wife's.
To be perfectly honest I posted it as a curiosity.All I can say is whatever period it was made it was probably not a healthy occupation to make this without permission. Thanks for the info Bill.
