Is this an Asian Triple gourd? no markings,approx: 7 x 5 in.

Not a triple gourd vessel. Looks more like a stupa form container made of glazed stoneware. Stupa form containers made of metal, stone, pottery, etc., were often used as Buddhist reliquaries. I do not know if this was the intended use for your container or if it is only a recently made, decorative object.

No,it's not a triple gourd.A triple gourd is a vase,yours is a kind of box with a lid.
