who can tell me what stands on the seal?

The seal is made of wood;
Height: 3.7 cm
Sealing area: 2,9 x 2,9 cm

Not 100% sure about the characters on the right, but guessing that your chop/seal says: cai jing tu shang (top-right, bottom-right, top-left, bottom-left).

cai jing = finance (not 100% sure that your seal says this)
tu = map/picture
shang = business/enterprise
