painted in Chengdu (Sichuan) in spring 1989, can't tell who the artist is from the seals.

作於成都　Made in Chengdu
1st seal,
胡　　Hu - Family Name of artist
2nd seal,
胡芍　Hu Shao or Que - Full name of artist
