Inscription reads,
頼朝雪中ニ敵ヲ討ツ圖
Yoritomo beats the enemy in snow
(Minamoto no Yoritomo, 12th C. Founder of the Kamakura
Shogunate of Japan)
The name of the artist (left lower corner) is too dim
to read. A clear sharp close up picture of this part
would help for identification.
