I don't know about the authenticity of your vase, but the mark says: da qing qian long nian zhi (top-right, bottomright, top-centre, bottom-centre, top-left, bottom-left), translating to "Great Qing (Dynasty) Qianlong (Emperor) Year Make".
Of course, a lot of this type of mark was put on ceramic that totally was not from this period (consider it an artistic thing)... but being six characters, rather than four, gives me hope that you have something great here!
