I have to disagree. The dual Nanushi Censor Seals (the 2 dime-sized seals in the last picture above) were used from 1847 to 1853. Placing this print more than a dozen years after Toyokuni II (1777-1835) died. The print is by Kunisada signing as Toyokuni (III).
