This print is Station 10 (Odawara: The Sakawa River (Odawara, Sakawagawa)) from Hiroshige's famous series "The Fifty-three Stations of the Tokaido Road" (Tōkaidō gojūsan tsugi no uchi).

At first, I thought it was a later repro. However, it is an alternate print. See the link below and under Odawara click "Another version".
